Dov Hoz intersection
Installing a 2.5 m diameter pipe in the Dov Hoz project, in a joint jacking shaft at a depth of 8 m, with two outgoing shafts. In the project, a straight 130 m section was installed, with an additional 290 m S-shaped section. The project included planning for implementation of the pipeline, used for the transmission of liquids under pressure, and testing connectors under pressure.
Client: Ayalon Highway Co.; scope of project: approximately US$2.3 million (NIS 8.5 million).
Pipe Jacking at Nat750 - Netanya
Implementing the crossing of an active railway line between Tel Aviv and Haifa by jacking a 2.4 m diameter, 94 m long pipe. The drainage collector was constructed on a route with “live” infrastructures, under an active railway line, and therefore planning of the pipe jacking required coordination with Israel Railways, the fuel companies, and Netanya Municipality.
Client: Netanya Development and Tourism Co. (Halat Netanya); scope of project: approximately US$0.5 million (NIS 2 million).
