Hodaya House
Constructing a 5300 m² office building in the industrial park in Kadima, which houses the Hofrey Hasharon offices.

Ginot Hadar
The project included, among other things, building two transformation rooms and a youth club, including developing the surrounding area and handing over a completed building.

Client: Lev Hasharon Economic Co.; scope: approximately US$3.3 million (NIS 12 million).

Intel at Kiryat Gat
The project included constructing the pumping station building, including foundation work and installation, and handing over the completed building.

Client: Intel Israel.

Building pumping stations along the railway line between Moshe Dayan intersection and Rabin Bridge
The project included building a pumping station for draining rainwater. The building was constructed of concrete, and includes a circular 21 m diameter water tank, at a depth of 15 m below ground level. The floor and ceiling are made of circular concrete plates, and the walls are slurry construction. Above the tank roof are fully fitted pump machine rooms, stairwell and electricity room. Construction of the pumping station also included development of the courtyard, a peripheral fence with a two wing gate, and preparatory work for cables and pipes under the asphalt.

Scope: approximately US$26 million (NIS 97 million), of which US$1.2 million (NIS 4.5 million) was for the pumping station.
